Our shop policies:
Crafting and Shipping
- All of our 14k Gold Filled, Sterling Silver and Rose Gold Filled wire is nickel free.
- Our jewelry is all handmade by a dedicated stay-at-home-mom :-) We take a lot of pride in the quality of our work which is why it takes time to create unique high quality jewelry pieces. This being said, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed (custom made to order) before it is shipped. However, we understand that there may be times that you need your order much faster. We are more than happy to accommodate you the best we can at our discretion, but it must be indicated in the notes at checkout with a specific date that you need to receive your package, or you can always email email@example.com as well to alert us to your urgent request. Around holidays, we will announce a cut-off date for order shipping guarantees.
- Order Changes: you may email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns about your order. After your order is placed, we are not responsible for any orders being shipped to an incorrect addresses provided, or for changes that you may have wanted to make to your order. Please double check your shipping address if you pay through Paypal, before you order. We are only responsible for fulfilling the items that you originally order to the address you have provided.
- Domestic Shipping: After the jewelry is crafted, we use the United States Postal Service to ship all packages with a variety of options: First Class Mail (approximately 3-5 days), Priority Mail (approximately 2-3 days) and Express Mail (approximately 1-2 days). Variation in shipping times usually depend on the distance (by region) from Los Angeles. All orders have tracking which will be automatically emailed to you when the item ships. Orders of significant value will have signature confirmation and/or insurance. If you use Paypal, please double check your shipping address before ordering.
- International Shipping: We offer International shipping through United States Postal Service. Shipping times vary depending on shipping class and customs processing within your country: First Class International (up to 1 month), Priority International (approximately 6-10 days) and International Express (approximately 3-5 days). Once the package leaves the United States, it no longer indicates the tracking status with the tracking number provided. The length of time it takes for international packages to clear customs is very variable. We have no control over how long this can take. (I wish we did!!) We are also not responsible for any import taxes that your country may charge you, however we report the merchandise as low as possible on customs forms to keep any taxes down.
- If you have won a giveaway with us, first of all.... Congratulations! Please email email@example.com to get your gift card code or claim your prize. Our paying customers are our first priority, but we promise to ship your winnings no later than 4-6 weeks. All giveaway items are final sales and not eligible for returns/exchanges. Thank you for your patience with us and enjoy your winnings!
Care and Sizing
- Care Instructions: Druzy is a porous natural stone, so water and other liquids and chemicals will damage or discolor your jewelry. Please follow these Care Instructions to ensure the longevity of your jewelry. If your jewelry is damaged due to liquids or chemicals, replacement will be at the buyer's expense.
- Bangle Sizing: Our bangles are made in standard sizes: Small 6.5", Medium 7", Large 7.5", Extra Large 8". All bangles are made with a hook and loop closure. If you order a bangle in the wrong size, shipping for resizing will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Ring Sizing: Please have your fingers measured professionally by a jeweler for accurate sizing. Every ring is made to order and sized on a professional mandril. If you order a ring in the wrong size, shipping for resizing will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL FLASH SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.
Wrenn Jewelry is a small business operated by stay-at-home moms. All jewelry is handmade to order, and reflects the artistic expression of the designer, and the unique variation found in naturally occurring druzy stones.
Exchanges (resizing, etc.):
- We accept exchanges within 30 days of when you receive your package. Exchanges are for like items only. Please initiate your return with the Order Exchange Form. If the exchange is due to an error on the sellers behalf (incorrect item mailed or it arrives damaged) the return postage will be paid for by the seller. The seller will email a return label to the customer. If the exchange is due to the buyers personal preference (different size, color, etc) the postage will be paid for by the buyer. The jewelry must be returned promptly and in the same condition it was received. Please return it in protective packaging. If the item is returned without being properly packaged and is damaged in the process, the buyer is responsible for the replacement fees. We highly recommend purchasing tracking on your return. We are not responsible for packages without tracking that fail to arrive at our PO Box. Please understand that re-sizing requires Wrenn Jewelry to make the piece again from scratch. This takes time, so please allow two weeks for your items to be re-made and shipped. You will receive updates via email when your exchange is received, and reshipped. If you need your item sooner, accommodations can be made, but you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with the specific dates and details. The exchange will be shipped back to you with USPS First Class Mail, unless arrangements are made otherwise. For assistance with your exchange, please email email@example.com.
Returns for Credit or Refund:
We accept returns within 15 business days from when you receive your package. Please initate your return with the Order Return Form. Since Wrenn Jewelry makes all items to order, please only order items you wish to keep. If the return is due to the buyer's personal preference (different size, color, etc) the postage will be paid for by the buyer. The jewelry must be returned promptly and in the same condition it was received. Please return it in protective packaging, and get return tracking. If the item is returned without being properly packaged and is damaged in the process, the buyer is responsible for the replacement fees. Once we receive your return, you will be refunded, minus the original shipping charge, by the original method of payment. Store credit will be issued via a shop gift card, which will be emailed to you. You will receive updates via email when your return is received, and when you are refunded.
- Custom Orders: We love to make custom orders just as you want them. However, we do not accept cancellations after the items have been fulfilled, or any returns after they have been received for any reason, including changes of sizing or change of mind.
