Terms & Policies

By Agreeing to our Policies you are agreeing to the following:

  - It can take from 1-3 weeks for your item(s) to be made and processed BEFORE they are shipped.

  - Shop Wrenn is only responsible for shipping the item(s) in the original order. If changes are made after your order is placed,

the buyer is responsible for any exchanges and the shipping required.

  - It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct mailing address.

  - Flash sale items are FINAL purchases and CAN NOT be exchanged or returned.

  - Exchanges are only eligible if they are in the same UNWORN condition in which they were received.

  - The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges. Shop Wrenn will only be responsible for return postage with

defective item(s) upon verification.

  - Custom personalized items are not eligible for a return/exchange unless there is a defect in which verification is required.

  - Wrenn points earned for a purchase that is returned will be deducted from the Rewards account in the amount equal to the

points earned during the original transaction (including any applicable bonus points) and that Rewards vouchers are one time

use and will not be reinstated as a result of a return or exchange.

   - Only one coupon may be used per order.
